Sai Engineering Company manufacturing Tips & Dies for all the range of internationally standardised as well as Custom Built Crossheads. The Tips & Dies are manufactured within a T.I.R. of 0.01 mm. (.0005”). The tooling’s are highly polished to ensure even flow of material.
The standard material for all our toolings (depending on applications ), D-2 ( Die Steel ) H-13 ( Hot Die steel ) and stainless steel. We manufacture Tips with Tungsten carbide inserts and Compax ( Diamond ) also. We also offer customer stocking programme for all their common tooling at no cost, so as to ensure same day delivery from our shop.
