SEC manufactures Tips & Dies for all the ranges of Internationally standardised as well as Custom built Crossheads. The Tips & Dies are manufactured within T.I.R. of 0.01 mm. (.0005”). The tooling’s are highly polished to ensure even flow of material.

The standard material for all our ranges Toolings (depending on applications), D-2 (Die Steel) H-13 (Hot Die Steel) and Stainless Steel. We manufacture Tips with Tungsten Carbide inserts and Compax (Diamond) also. We also offer Customer Stocking Programe for all their common tooling at no extra cost, so as to ensure same day delivery from our shop. This greatly reduces the down time of the extrusion line during time of extreme urgencies

SEC workshop is amongst the very few workshops, which can handle hole sizes of 0.3 mm. (.011”). We also manufacture Tooling for Profile cables with the aid of precision CNC Wire cut and CNC EDM machine.
